If you need assistance please send your normal US size along with any measurements you may know that would help us help you determine the perfect size for you. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

✔ A return shipping label (for eligible returns)
✔ Instructions on how and where to send the item

Items returned without prior approvalwill not be accepted.

2. Damages and Order Issues

Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact info@thefashioncelestial.com as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Bodysuits & swimwear
Lingerie & undergarments
Accessories & jewelry
Final sale items & gift cards

If an item is marked Sale, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

If you require a different size, color, or style, we recommend:

Requesting a return for the original item.
Once the return is approved, placing a new order for the desired item.

This ensures that the new item is shipped promptly.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If denied, a detailed explanation will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, The Fashion Celestial will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact info@thefashioncelestial.com within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
Address Changes: If a shipping address modification is required, customers must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
